The Building

Broadway Tech Centre is on the former land site of Eaton’s distribution centre. Since the initial purchase of the site in 1995, extensive physical upgrades and community amenities have been integrated into the design and operations of Broadway Tech Centre. A new road (Virtual Way) and access paths were built to service the campus and the surrounding community.

The campus setting of Broadway Tech Centre allows for the opportunity to work, rest and play in one convenient location. Explore some of our amenities available exclusively to our tenants now.
