About the Spaces

Broadway Tech Centre has 2 conference facilities, lower level and upper level.  These rooms are available for the exclusive use of Broadway Tech Centre tenants.

Lower Level - Located at Suite 105, 2955 Virtual Way (beside Creme de la Crumb).   This boardroom has theatre configuration accommodating up to 40 people and maximum occupancy for the room is 45.  This room has 2 screens.

Upper Level - Located at Suite 250, 2955 Virtual Way (on the 2nd floor) has theatre configuration of up to 50 people with maximum occupancy of 50. This room has 4 screens.

The amenities available in the rooms include: teleconference phone (long distance through tenant’s long distance supply company); wifi, screen; white board; and a 3 legged easel for chart displays. The rooms are available on a no-charge basis, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 7:30 AM - 6:30 PM.

Reservations will be made using QuadReal + via the app or desktop version.   Visit QuadReal+.

Booking Procedures & Rules

The following advance booking procedures are in place to ensure fair access to this amenity:

  • Each tenant will receive a quarterly allocation (based on calendar year) of 1.5 hours for every 1000 sf of rentable area under lease. Please call QuadReal CONNECT for your quarterly allocation if required. Unused allocation may not be carried forward
  • Recurring meetings may only be booked 2 months in advance to the day. For example, for a meeting on the 1st day of every month, bookings will be taken 2 months in advance
  • Meetings over 4 hours are limited to 3 consecutive days.
  • Bookings must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance.
  • Cancellations (includes re-scheduling) will remain applied to allocations unless the room is re-booked
  • Secondary bookings made in case of cancellations will be subordinate to all bookings in the time range(s). A business day will be required for cancellation notices to be processed and for notifications to be sent.
  • Tentative bookings may be made regardless of allocation or limits, but will be subordinate to all other bookings up to 48 hours in advance of the booking.
  • Secondary and tentative bookings will not be applied to allocations.

The Tenant Conference Room shall be vacated in a clean condition with all materials, including used serving trays, utensils, etc, removed.
