HVAC Services

To ensure a comfortable environment, we have scheduled air conditioning in the Broadway Tech Centre offices as follows:

Monday to Friday: 7am to 6pm

Saturday: 8am to 1pm

After-hours on weekdays, weekends and Holidays available on an hourly fee basis.

If you would like air conditioning provided outside of normal business hours, please contact QuadReal Connect at 1-877-977-2262 or via email [email protected] at least 48 hours in advance of the time that service is required.

If you need adjustments to the temperatures of your work area please contact QuadReal Connect at 1-877-977-2262 as individual adjustments must be completed by a member of the building staff. We will make every effort to provide an even temperature and comfortable working environment.

Due to lower occupancy during COVID-19, the Property Management team has been working with tenants to adjust schedules to capture energy savings where it's suitable.
