Broadway Tech Centre was proudly awarded the Building Operations Team of The Year in 2019. This award celebrates the success of the Team that shows a high level of expertise in scheduling preventive maintenance; improving general building operations; and ensuring maximum energy efficiency.

The BOMA Outstanding Building of The Year (TOBY) - 2013

The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY®) Awards is the most prestigious and comprehensive program of its kind in the commercial real estate industry recognizing quality in commercial real estate buildings and rewarding excellence in building management.


All facets of a building's operations are evaluated. Judging is based on building standards, community impact, tenant relations, energy conservation, environmental, regulatory and sustainability, emergency preparedness & security standards and the training of building personnel.

BC Landscape & Nursery Association 2011 Corporate Award

The British Columbia Landscape & Nursery Association promotes the global recognition of British Columbia as a leader in landscpae horticulture.  

Recognition by the BCLNA is based on several factors including how the beautification of the property has contributed to the neighborhood or community as well as how the space lends itself to employee and occupant use and enjoyment.
