Precise Parking manages the parking at Broadway Tech Centre. The parkade and surface lots provide parking for approximately 2,400 vehicles. The availability of monthly parking is limited and the number of stalls assigned to each tenancy is noted in your lease. Monthly parking is located on all levels while hourly parking is restricted to levels P2 & P3 and the surface lot at 2930 Virtual Way.
- After hours (6:00 PM to 6:00 AM), access cards are required for monthly parkers to enter and exit the parkade. Access cards are required for vehicle access to P1 level at all times.
- Reserved and random monthly parking under each tenant’s allocation may be obtained through Precise Parking.
- Unless otherwise directed, a tenant’s allocation of parking under their lease will be filled on a first come, first served basis.
Appropriate signs are installed where necessary to direct traffic, and tenants are asked to adhere to the posted speed limit of 10km. The cooperation of all parkers is requested by driving with all due caution within the parkade.
Monthly Parking Reservations
Random monthly parking, outside of lease allocations, may be available to Broadway Tech Centre occupants on a month to month recallable basis, subject to a different rate. If no stalls are available at the time, a name and contact number can be added to a waiting list maintained by Precise Parking.
A stall may be requested by calling the Monthly Parking Customer service number at (604) 235-1380 or via email at [email protected] and providing the building address or Broadway Tech Centre, and employer name and address.
Parking Rates
General Public (Random) parking rates are $105.00/ month
Reserved parking rates are $135/ month.
Hourly parking rates are $3.75, and the daily rate is $11.00.
